About the speaker:

Pastor George McDearmon

Pastor George McDearmon graduated from Bridgewater College, Bridgewater, VA in 1973 and from Southwestern Baptist Seminary of Fort Worth, TX in 1976. He has been at Ballston Lake Baptist Church of Ballston Lake, New York since January, 1977. Pastor McDearmon has been married for 30 years and has two children and two grandchildren.

Baruch Maoz

Baruch Maoz is an Israeli Jewish Christian. He founded the Grace and Truth Christian Congregation, a Reformed Baptist church in Rishon LeTsion, Israel in 1976.  He served as pastor there until his retirement in 2008. Baruch Maoz is actively engaged in writing, translating, teaching, and evangelizing in Israel and abroad. To learn more about Baruch Maoz and his ministry, visit his website.

Baruch Maoz will be giving his personal testimony during our Sunday School hour and preaching the sermon during the morning worship service. Please join us and invite your friends and family.

Women’s Bible Study

Beginning on Saturday, February 19, 2011, the women will begin meeting for a Bible study at 10:00 AM in Plano.  This will be a recurring event on the third Saturday of each month.  The present study will deal with Titus 2:3-5. Pilgrim’s Progress Study

Join us as we engage in a monthly study through one of the most beloved books in literature: The Pilgrim’s Progress by John Bunyan.

Follow Christian in his journey from the City of Destruction to the Celestial City, as he confronts dangers, achieves victories, and encounters a host of memorable characters, both virtuous and villainous.

This study is led by Pastor Jeff Sulman and is held at 7:00 pm at the Dato-on’s residence. (Please contact us for directions.) Please invite your friends and family.

The following are the upcoming dates for the Friday night study:

  • April 29
  • May 27

We will not be meeting during the months of June through August, and we will resume the study in the Fall.
